Shipping Details

1. Shipping Charges

  • For U.S. customers:

    • Orders over $150 get FREE SHIPPING.

    • Orders under US$150: Shipping is $9 flat rate. 

  • For U.S. territories and offshore locations (e.g. Hawaii, Alaska, APO/FPO, U.S. Virgin Islands), similar rate structure applies.

  • Heavy items (like 5-gallon or 30-gallon Basic-H pails) have an additional surcharge due to their weight: US$35.26 for 5-gallon, US$135 for 30-gallon.

Order Processing Time
We promptly process orders.

2. Shipping Options & Carriers

  • We ship via USPS.

  • Standard shipping is via USPS Ground Advantage or Priority Mail.

  • Expedited shipping is via USPS Priority Mail Express.

  • We currently don’t offer options for signature-required deliveries or insurance.

  • Yes — we can ship to PO Boxes via USPS.

  • International shipping? Not currently. Orders are only shipped within the U.S., certain U.S. territories, and to APO/FPO military addresses. 

3. Shipping Timelines

  • Orders placed before 2 pm EST / 11 am PST typically ship within 24 hours, excluding weekends and U.S. postal holidays.

  • For continental U.S.: we aim for delivery within 4 – 7 business days from when the order is placed.

  • Expect longer transit times for remote U.S. locations.

  • For faster delivery, you can choose our expedited shipping (Priority Mail Express).

4. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is on its way, you can track it: go to your Account → Order History → Track next to the order.

  • If you didn’t get a confirmation email, reach out to us at 1-800-SHAKLEE or customercare@shaklee.com

5. Packing Notes

  • Large orders might be split into multiple packages. These may ship from different parts of our distribution center, and could arrive on different days.

  • If you have a back ordered item it will ship once it’s back in stock.

    • You can cancel back orders before they ship by calling 1-800-SHAKLEE.

6. Delivery Concerns

    • Please do not include special delivery instructions (like “leave on back porch”) in your address lines — it can cause delays or returns.

    • If your package is left out in the heat: some Shaklee products (like soft gel capsules) might stick together temporarily. Let them cool, invert the bottle gently, and tap to unstick them — nutritional quality won’t be affected.

    • If you’re worried about package security, you can:

      • Use a trusted neighbor’s address.

      • Ship to your workplace.

      • Use parcel lockers or secure mailbox services.

 

 

Returns & Refunds

1. Shaklee Guarantee

  • Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed! We offer returns under the Shaklee Guarantee.

2. How to Return:

  • Call us at 1-800-SHAKLEE (1-800-742-5533) to get a Return Authorization Number (RMA).

  • Pack the items (securely), then ship back via a carrier of your choice to:

Return shipping cost is your responsibility.

3. Abuse of Returns
Shaklee reserves the right to deny returns or refunds if they suspect misuse of the Shaklee Guarantee.

Notes & Tips for Customers

          • Keep your order confirmation — you’ll need it when calling for a return.

          • Track your package: use your account’s order history page.

          • Pack returns securely: damaged returns may not be accepted.

          • Ask for an RMA before shipping anything back — it speeds up processing.
